Valley Health & Fitness (VHF) is located in the Valley View Centre in Cobble Hill. Call 743-0511.
Kerry Park Rec Center is at 1035 Shawnigan Mill Bay Rd. just off the highway in Mill Bay. Call 743-5922.
Sylvan United Church is between Kerry Park and Kelsey High School in Mill Bay on Shawnigan Mill Bay Rd.

Classes are ongoing; cancelled only on holidays with much notice.

PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION & HOLISTIC FITNESS TRAINING

The benefits of receiving private instruction as preparation for or in addition to regular classes can make an enormous difference to one’s practice. Highly customized to suit individual needs, safety concerns, injuries, and personal goals, these sessions include helpful hand-outs and follow-up feedback where necessary. Pre-natal, post-natal, rehabilitative, and sport-specific yoga sessions are amongst the most popular and helpful, making continued practice and involvement in drop-in classes a positive, safe experience. Semi-private* lessons are also available when appropriate. For larger groups, please inquire. Rates for yoga instruction as well as those for holistic fitness training are listed below.

Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours notice receive full credit and rescheduling.

A Few Small Reminders

  • Please try to arrive a few minutes early to class so that we can get underway on time, finish on time, and have enough time to enjoy the benefits of our practice.
  • It can be a little chilly so bring a blanket or extra layer and socks so you can be snuggly and warm as we cool off at the end of a class.
  • Don’t hesitate to call me or ask me questions pertaining to your practice and participation should you have concerns or inquiries. However, if you anticipate a more lengthy talk, it’s best to call and arrange to see me early before a class; I’m happy to arrange for that!
