Thursdays 7 pm to 8 pm |
Friday mornings 8:30 am to 9:50 am |
We’ll take a wee break mid August to early September
And Then Right Back At It after Labor Day!
I am confirmed to be teaching Pilates again in Duncan (at Cowichan Island Savings
Center) on Mondays this Fall, as well as Flow Yoga on Wednesdays, both at 6 to 7 pm.
To all the participants who weathered that ‘political storm’ thanks for your continued
support and patience – perseverance really does pay off!
